REDed Extra-Curricular Troupes: It’s Showtime!
What an outstanding term of dance! We are so proud of every REDed dancer who made our 2025 competition season so spectacular – from first timers to seasoned performers, our troupes demonstrated tenacity, hard work and high-energy throughout a packed term.
With over 50 Troupes performing at more than 10 dazzling events, we wanted to shine the spotlight and take a moment to highlight some of these incredible achievements.

Sydney Eisteddfod
This is one of the biggest dance events in the country and brings together thousands of passionate dancers from all over the state, showcasing everything from classical to commercial styles. Performing at the iconic Sydney Opera House is a bucket list moment for so many performers and we are so proud of our dancers for their outstanding contribution to this event!
‘What a mammoth effort from all involved at the Sydney Eisteddfod. Every dancer came excited, focussed and keen to shine. The performances were strong, showing the committed work and enthusiasm by all troupe members!’- Brittany, REDed Senior Instructor
A special shout out to the Queenwood School for Girls Luna Dance Company and Lindfield Learning Village Opal Show Troupe, who were also invited to perform at Sydney Eisteddfod’s 2025 Dance of Champions. This major event on the dance calendar celebrates the artistry, skill and creativity of Australia’s next generation of dance groups with selection being based on placing in the top three of their dance event, and limited to 15 invitations.
“Please pass on our thanks and congratulations to your troupes from Queenwood and Lindfield Learning Village. Their performances were fantastic and contributed so much to the spirit of the night.” Heather Campbell, General Manager, Sydney Eisteddfod.
