Raw Energy Dance Education (REDed) is Australia’s leading dance resource for teachers, schools and parents. We deliver curriculum aligned and extra-curricular dance programs in schools across Australia. Our focus is on the students’ dance journey; we use movement to challenge, inspire and motivate young people to get active and have fun!

Just because it's the school holidays doesn't mean you have to stop dancing 🌟🎵! One of the most fun things you can get up to with friends during the break, is making up a dance routine of your own! Find a friend and get grooving, but don't forget to warm up first! Check out this short sneak peak with some fun warm up stretches. You can find more warm up videos like this on our website!
