Across these high-energy sessions, our dance troupes gave it their absolute all. ❤️
While we`re getting ready for upcoming performances, we`re also building confidence, developing musicality, teamwork and watching new friendships blossom through dance.
We can`t wait to see our routines come to life on stage later in the year. 🤩

Every time you work through footwork, timing and musicality, you’re training to think on your feet, connect mind and body, and move with purpose and creativity. There`s a full cognitive workout hidden in the rhythm and joy!
