Raw Energy Dance Education (REDed) is Australia’s leading dance resource for teachers, schools and parents. We deliver curriculum aligned and extra-curricular dance programs in schools across Australia. Our focus is on the students’ dance journey; we use movement to challenge, inspire and motivate young people to get active and have fun!

REDed had families dancing into Mother’s Day celebrations today at Kincoppal Rose Bay, where students and families enjoyed a vibrant and high-energy Mother / Child Disco! The event was filled with music, movement, and moments of connection, creating a truly unique and memorable experience for all involved. A big thank you to the KRB community for incorporating us into this very special experience. And thank you to our REDed presenters, Paige and Jess, whose guidance and energy brought the event to life. Sharing dance for 'all' is exactly what REDed lives and breathes for. βœ¨πŸ’ž

Can you believe it!? 🀯 We've had such a fantastic, fun, and dance-filled Term 1, and we can prove it! We are so thrilled to have run 15 weekly Curricular Classes, and 92 Extra-Curricular Classes across Sydney, as well as in Queensland and Melbourne! ❀️ We can't wait for all the classes we'll be running in Term 2! ✨

Just because it's the school holidays doesn't mean you have to stop dancing 🌟🎡! One of the most fun things you can get up to with friends during the break, is making up a dance routine of your own! Find a friend and get grooving, but don't forget to warm up first! Check out this short sneak peak with some fun warm up stretches. You can find more warm up videos like this on our website!
